Inky dark almost opaque colour. Modern and fleshy nose with new oak, smoke, ripe dark fruit like cassis, blackberry and prune. The palate is dense and youthful, still tannic with some oak presence, nonetheless nice dark fruit and spiciness. It has the length and weight to develop well but needs some more time.
