Chile,
Colchagua Valley,
Very youthful, dark and inky colour. Intense nose combining dark fruit aromas. With cassis, dark cherry, with some wild herbs, quite a lot of green herbs in there, some notes of green pepper. A gentle hint of oak as well. Palate has medium weight. With quite youthful, inky, fruit. Plenty of cassis and slightly herbal infused. With those notes of dark plum. Balanced oak, integrated alcohol, quite a high acidity. Thus, the wine is still appearing quite youthful. In terms of texture, there is nothing hard or harsh. So the tannins are already well settled. It has medium towards long aftertaste. Could be drunk now, but it should preferably be kept for another two years or so.
