Pale colour, youthful pale straw with a green hue. Vivid, young bubbles. Quite energetic. Pure and fresh nose. Really pleasurable with hints of fresh grapes, rather white fleshed fruit, like apple, pear, with some hints of citrus, some herbal tones as well. Body is quite light. Very creamy texture, youthful and vivid mousse on the palate. Gentle hint of sweetness but really a pleasurable style. Lighter of course, generous fruitiness, good persistence on the palate as well, with those pear and fresh grape flavours. Certainly a style which is best drunk for its youthful and pleasurable fruit.
