France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
So we have a quite light pink colour here, a copper tinge. Quite fine tiny bubbles. A rather generous nose here. Combining youthful fruits such as green apple and pear. With some lemony notes, also with an addition of some red berry fruit. Quite generous already even if it is appearing quite youthful. Palate is fairly light structured, but it is quite rewarding in terms of fruit. Quite crispy, zesty fruit. Good level of acidity. Mid-palate well balanced by creamy mousse. Generous fruit. Quite mouth-watering finish. Rather long and persistent as well. Really attractive for early drinking.
