France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
A sparkling wine, rather youthful colour, pale yellow, with quite young mousse, young lively bubbles. The nose is clean and fresh, showing some notes of butter, almond, citrus, more on the nutty-buttery than the fruity side; but it still appears rather youthful. Good bite on the palate, it’s clean, crisp and fresh, rather on the dry side, with youthful quite restrained fruit, some notes of citrus zest, green apples, and fresh almonds. Pure aftertaste as well. Medium towards long finish, we have quite vibrant fruit flavours staying on the palate. Good, pure and fresh, for a style that will keep for a short time, but it’s probably best drunk in its very youth
