France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
White wine, with a quite light almost transparent colour, there’s a slight hint of straw yellow. The nose is clean, it also feels rather on the young side. I would call this more restrained in a cooler climate style, with fresh lemon, almond, rather white fruit like quince and green apple; feels more like a cool climate chardonnay. Palate is still youthful, it has a fresh crisp acidity, classically bone-dry, nicely salivating on the palate. It has a slightly lighter body, but good, nice fruitiness, still a bit youthful and restrained. Some notes of lemon zest on the finish, young fruit, quince, green apple. Vinified in a nice, clean and fresh style. A wine that can perhaps get a slight aeration or another one to two years to open up.
