Pale straw colour with a copper hue. Pure nose, mineral almost metallic in the positive sense with fresh young apple, lime, lemongrass, and almond. The palate is bright and fresh with good volume and flavour intensity, youthful and crisp fruit with a mild herbal/nutty presence and a long pure finish.
