Simonsig – Chenin avec Chêne – 2015

Pale, bright straw colour. Young nose with a discreet hint of wood, lime, lemongrass and fresh pineapple. The palate has good purity and medium weight with a crisp acidity, ripe lemon and pineapple notes, rather long persistency and well-integrated oak.
