Pale straw colour with a green hue, a slight fizz. Pure and youthful nose with notes of freshly crushed fruit like apple, pear, peach and some herbal spiciness as well. Medium weight on the palate, pure and cleansing with a bright acidity, youthful zesty fruit, good grip and length, nice drinkability.
