Light golden colour, slightly hazy/unfiltered. The nose is slightly different, more non-interventionist or natural style with crushed yellow fruit, apple cider, and some flinty/stony notes. The palate has good density and weight, fine extract and pure fruit with a long dense finish, well made in an alternative style with plenty of character.
