Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic nose with crushed almond, green apple, fennel and some spicy liquorice notes. Light to medium bodied with a fresh acidity and fine extract leading to a long and grippy finish. Good extract and an herbal/vegetal spiciness.
