Solive – Brut – 2011

Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and fine lively bubbles. Pure and stony nose with fine layers of ripe citrus, almond, hazelnut, lemongrass and pale stone fruit. Bright and crisp palate with great freshness and mild creamy texture, nicely layered still youthful but elegant fruit and a long coherent finish.
