Bright light golden nuance with a fine mousse. The nose is pure and precise with fine layers, fresh citrus, lemongrass with pear, peach and some pastry notes. Good grip on the palate, a lively freshness and mild creaminess adding texture, juicy yellow fruit and citrus notes with an approaching complexity/autolytic notes with fresh butter, pastry, and a long, vivid and fresh finish.
