Sourdet Diot – Cuvée Prestige 2011/2012 – NV

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and medium intense mousseux. Pure nose, some evolution but good purity some mineral/stony notes, pale stone fruit, butter, pear and ripe citrus and some nutty notes. The palate is finely creamy with a fresh backbone, attractive young fruit with lime, lemongrass and white peach, good grip and length.
