Sourdet Diot – Tradition 2013/2013 – NV

Light golden colour with a youthful mousseux. Fresh nose, ripe fruit blending citrus, pear, fresh butter and almond with some floral notes. Good grip on the palate, rather ample and structured with a bright acidity and fine extract, a gentle creaminess and a long bold finish. Vinous and structured with good drinkability and substance.
