Soutiran – Collection Privée – NV

Light golden colour with a fine mousseux. Some autolys and complexity on the nose paired with ripe stone fruit, citrus and some nutty notes. Good grip on the palate, dense but fresh with good balance, rich and ample fruitiness and approaching complexity with some notes of patisserie and a long vigorous finish.
