Spadafora – Sole dei Padri – 2004

Very dark and inky colour, meaty and spicy nose with blackberry, plum, clove and pepper, the palate is rather full with a young texture, marked tannin, some gamey notes, spicy dark fruit, quite long, still a bit tannic on the finish.
