Spice Route – Chenin Blanc – 2015

Young pale golden nuance. Pure nose with ripe fruit and floral hints of apricot, pineapple, ripe citrus, mild spices and crushed nuts. The palate is ripe and bold but at the same time backed by a vibrant acidity, good extract/bitterness adding grip and freshness, layers of yellow fruit, creamy texture and a long, dense finish.
