Bright light golden colour. Intense nose, spicy and balsamic, a slightly "Retsina influenced style" but with moderate resinous notes, lime, lemon zest, herbal spices and a bright palate, very fresh and digest, well balanced certainly being more wine than Retsina in style with a zesty grip, spicy notes, grapey young fruit and a long pure finish.
