Medium deep golden with a copper hue. Complex nose - open and forward with exotic and spicy notes - honey, beeswax, ripe yellow fruit and some creamy lees-derived aromas. The palate is textured with a slight maceration (fine bitterness) giving lift, exotic fruit and candied citrus with a good level of spiciness and a long lingering finish.
