Stellenzicht – Plum Pudding Hill – 2011

Dark inky purple core. Intense, ripe and modern nose with mint, liquorice, blackberry and new oak. It is certainly more Shiraz than Syrah. The palate is concentrated with new oak, roasted notes, sweet dark plum and cassis, mild tannin, rather warm and ripe with a medium to long finish, plum and modern style, still needs time to soften.
