Inky dark purple core. Pure nose with bright dark fruit notes, cassis, blackberry and cherry with sweet spices and modest oak. The palate is dense and concentrated with fine extraction and texture, fine grained tannin with floral dark fruit flavours, kirsch and violet with pepper and clove, and a long and lingering finish.
