Strandveld – First Sighting – 2012

Medium to deep ruby colour. Fragrant nose with floral hints, pepper, clove and mild spices blending red and dark berries. The palate has an excellent grip with a fresh backbone, fine tannin, dense core of fruit, plenty of spiciness and nuance with a long and lingering finish. Digest and Rhône like yet with power!
