Bright light golden colour with a soft mousse. Good purity on the nose, pure aromas of yellow fruit, ripe citrus, some herbal chamomile notes and ginger. The palate has medium weight and volume with good flavour intensity, a rounded creaminess, attractive young fruit and some butter/nutty notes leading to a long crisp finish.
