Bright straw colour with a green hue and fine mousse. Good purity and discreet notes of lime, lemongrass, almond, chamomile and some stony notes with approaching autolytic complexity of butter and brioche. Bone dry palate with a gentle dosage, mild creaminess and vibrant young fruit notes, balanced and crisp in a nicely restrained and vigorous style with good length.
