Survivor – Chenin Blanc – 2016

Pale young straw colour, floral and aromatic nose, some wild herbs, citrus, lime and white fleshed fruit. Medium weight and a bright backbone of acidity/extract, moderate oak, attractive stone fruit flavours and a rather long fresh finish.
