Bright light golden colour with a fine mousseux. Gently roasted nose with nutty notes, a hint of oak, chalky and flinty with pale stone fruit, ripe citrus and fresh butter. The palate has a nicely restrained freshness with generous yellow fruit, finely roasted flavours, a mild creamy mousse and a vibrant freshness, and a long and layered finish. Firm and elegant with nice restraint yet power, still youthful but with an approaching complexity.
