Tenuta Ambrosini – Brut Rosé – 2012

Medium to deep pink colour with a lively mousse. Ripe and spicy nose of sweet red fruit, cherry, cassis and herbal notes of sage and mint. Rather full-bodied palate with some tannic/bitter notes, ripe fruit notes, creamy texture and a rather long finish. Ripe, bold and rustic style.
