Bright young straw colour. Vibrant and pure nose offering herbal notes, mint, cut grass, sage with citrus zest and ripe pear. The palate has medium weight with a fresh backbone of acidity, dense fruit and a layered spiciness, nicely textured with fine length and persistency.
