Tenuta Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Gresy – Sauvignon – 2000

Medium deep golden colour. Mature and intense nose of honey, caramel, yellow fruit and almond paste, mature and complex but not oxidative. The palate is fresh and vibrant with sweet yellow fruit, rather Riesling like in one sense with waxy stone fruit notes, good grip and length, still fresh and vibrant with complexity and maturity.
