Quite youthful colour here with a green tinge and medium-deep straw colour. Youthful on the nose. Very primary fruit here, with mostly green apple, pear, lemon-lime and some hint of fresh almond. Medium weight on the palate. Classically bone-dry. Very nice mouth-watering sensation here. With a bright acidity. Some notes of pistachio and mint, so a little exotic. There is no influence of oak here I believe. Good purity and quite persistent on the palate. Something I would call a nicely restrained gastronomic style that should work truly well with Mediterranean style fish dishes.
