Bright transparent colour. Rather intense and exotic nose with balsamic notes, wild herbs, sweet citrus and plum. Bold palate with seemingly sweet fruit but very crisp acidity, a mild bitterness, and tangy herbal notes like lemongrass with good length. Different but nice.
