Medium deep ruby red colour with a mature tawny hue and rim. Some maturity on the nose with hints of smoke, sweet red fruit, dry spices and almond. The palate is warm, rounded and fairly opulent, nicely nuanced with a good combination of sweet fruit and dry spices, rounded tannin, a mild acidity and a long warming finish.
