Tenuta Poggio Al Casone – Grand Noir – 2015

Medium to deep ruby red colour. Sweet and ripe nose of cherry, crushed dark berries, wet tobacco and some herbal spiciness. Medium weight on the palate with a fresh backbone, young tannin, sour cherry and tobacco flavours. Rather long just a bit restrained needing some more time.
