Dark ruby colour with a youthful purple hue. Ripe dark fruit on the nose, some oak, butterscotch and tobacco. The palate is youthful and ample, still a high extraction and tannic bite but with fine layers and plenty of dark fruit, good length, just needing some time to open up.
