Tenuta San Leonardo – San Leonardo – 2007

Medium, ruby with a dark core. The nose is young and rather elegant, finely integrated oak, discreet spices, clove, vanilla, pepper, red currant and plum notes; the palate has good density and medium weight, a rather elegant style with fine spiciness, polished tannin, elegant fruit and a long, fresh finish. Still slightly young and tight on the end, but with fine potential.
