Tenuta San Marcello – Bastaro – 2015

Intense black purple colour. Balsamic nose with black fruit, some cassis and jammed plum. The palate is dense and vigorous with a tannic texture, fresh backbone and sweet dark fruit, some herbal spiciness, Cassis and Kirsch flavours with a long finish, a bit young and compact now but should develop really well.
