Tenuta Santa Caterina – Salidoro – 2014

Rather deep golden colour. Rather complex and intense nose showing some oxidative notes, rather "non intervention" style with windfall, ripe pear, floral hints and crushed nuts. Bone dry palate, rather full with some skin/phenolic presence without bitterness, bold and flavour intense with a crisp acidity, nutty notes and a long finish, rather complex in a "natural/alternative" style.
