Dark purple core, the nose is young with dark fruit notes, cassis, plum, pepper and some new oak and vanilla. The palate is dense and weighty with good extract, ripe but present tannin, still youthful with layers of inky dark fruit, cassis and mild spices, well integrated wood and a long dense finish, fine potential for development.
