Tenute d’Auria – Rupe di Apollo – 2008

Deep ruby red center. The nose is rather oaky with roasted, burned aromas and dark cherry. The palate is rather full but a bit restrained as oak is dominating, plenty of wood tannin, good length but a bit dry on the finish with some burnt notes.
