Bright light golden colour. Pure nose offering flinty notes, wild herbs, nori, yellow fruit and ripe citrus. The palate is pure with a distinct freshness, youthful yellow fruit flavours, some flinty and toasted notes, crushed nuts, a fine presence of mild tannin/extract and a long pure finish.
