Inky dark core and a mature rim. Mature nose displaying some dried herbs, leafy notes, ripe dark fruit, jammed plum and dark berries. The palate is dense, still with a tannic core but fully balanced with spicy dark fruit, some oak and tobacco notes, very dense and concentrated with a long finish. Ambitious and dense, still with room for improvement.
