Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure and youthful nose offering garrigue, fennel, lime, lemongrass and yellow apple notes. Medium-weight, textured with a gentle creaminess, a fresh backbone of acidity with white-fleshed fruits, citrus and herbal hints leading on to a pure and rather long finish.
