Medium deep golden colour with a fine mousse. Perfumed and floral nose, quite tropical fruit, nougat, hazelnut and pain d´épices. The palate is dense and full with some tannic sensation, rather dark fruity / Pinot-driven with spicy flavours a touch of bitterness, citrus zest, a youthful creaminess and a fresh medium to long finish. Still a bit on the austere side.
