Torre Degli Alberi – Metodo Classico Rose Cruasé – 2013

Rather pale copper hue with a mild mousse. Pure nose of red berries, plum, pear and mild spices. The palate is medium bodied with fresh red fruit flavours, a mild creamy texture with fresh backbone and a rather long crisp finish.
