Traditional Bozcaada Goblet Vineyards – Corvus Blend Bianco – 2008

Medium deep golden color. Quite intense nose with hints of ripe yellow fruit, mineral, petrol and some spicy notes, reminiscent of mature Riesling. The palate is bone dry, with a good level of acidity, yellow fruit notes, some spicy and complex notes on the finish. Fairly long aftertaste, interesting.
