Dark garnet colour. Exotic nose offering balsamic and herbal spices with darker fruit, plum, cassis and cherry paired with some new oak. The palate is dense and youthful, still with a fairly high extraction and grippy tannin, more oak than fruit at present, high acidity and a long but restrained finish.
