Bright light golden colour. Fragrant nose, fresh butter, floral notes, fine oak, ripe stone fruit and candied citrus. The palate is very dense and structured, well-balanced proportions with fine extract and a bright acidity, layers of stone fruit, peach, fresh butter, wild herbs, and a dense, long and grippy finish. Very savoury with some salty hints on the finish. Very good.
