Pale straw colour with a green hue and young energetic mousse. Youthful fruit like apple, pear, melon and some citrus notes. Light to mid weight palate with a youthful texture, creamy mousse, fresh backbone, white fleshed fruit flavours more on the fruity than the autolytic side, yet balanced with a fairly long finish.
