Italy,
Emilia Romagna,
Very dense and inky colour. Impenetrable core, slightly lighter toward the rim but really high viscosity. I would call this rather modern on the nose. There is wealth of roasted oak. A lot of black fruit, cassis, with dark cherry. Roasted notes and spicy notes. Really full-bodied on the palate. High extraction, high concentration of fruit. With juicy black cherry. There is a lot of roasted wood present as well. Really meaty and long finish. This is a wine I would say has a good potential. It is still a bit youthful and wild. I think both the oak and tannin needs some time to integrate. It should certainly develop well with this intensity and richness of fruit. Still balanced by a good level of freshness. It should certainly develop well.
